The younger elementary will have a regular game night while the older elementary plays some fun messy games. 3rd-5th graders should wear clothes that can get messy. This is a great event for kids to invite friends!

What We Learned
We are in a series called “X Marks the Spot”, where we are learning the difference between eternal and temporary living. This past Sunday we looked at the baptism of Jesus in Matthew 3:13-17 and what it means to be water baptized.
Verse of the Day: For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.- Romans 6:4

Water Baptism
We will be baptizing in water on Sunday evening, September 14, at 5:00. Water baptism is a sign that you have put your faith in Jesus Christ. Everyone who has made Jesus their Lord and Savior should be baptized.
Parents: We ask that kids be at least 6 years old and able to clearly articulate what salvation is and why they want to be baptized. It is important that baptism is a spiritual event that children understand and remember.
